She has gained extensive expertise in institutional administration, personnel management, regulatory compliance, records management, policy implementation, committee coordination, and strategic planning within institutional settings.

A passionate counselor and mentor, Dr. Nnochiri is a member of the Counseling Association of Nigeria (CASSON) and the Association of Professional Counselors in Nigeria (APROCON).
